No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes. Emotional intelligence is an art and a practice, not a formula. While we share strategies proven to strengthen relationships, we cannot promise that you will close more deals, retain every account, or achieve any particular revenue result. Every client conversation is unique, and external factors—market conditions, organizational changes, client priorities—are beyond our control. You acknowledge that your success depends on your own effort, skill, and context. Limitation of Liability.
